Greek Housing Alliance purchased one of the premier Chapter House properties on the Temple University Campus in the fall of 2007. We found this property through discussions with a Fraternity Executive at Sigma Pi. We finalized the purchase by negotiating a sales agreement with the Local Chapter’s Alumni Association, which owned the property and was interested in selling it. As part of the ongoing negations to bring this project to fruition, Greek Housing Alliance executed a long-term triple net lease with the Alumni Association of the current Fraternity chapter (our tenant).
Over the past 7 years Greek Housing Alliance has maintained the property providing weekly cleaning of common areas of the house and has partnered with the chapter to complete improvements to the property including a new brotherhood room in 2011.
